Once you have chosen your BuildTec or custom design to accommodate your land and lifestyle needs, a non-refundable payment of $3000 with be required as your initial deposit.

Tender Acceptance

• Tender presentation meeting
• Tender acceptance and signing of tender
• Final compliance checks
• HIA Preliminary Agreement signed and 5% of contract price required

Pre-Construction, Approvals & Colour Selections

• Reports ordered if required for approvals
• (bushfire, acoustic, flood, dilapidation, hydraulic design, landscaping)
• Colour selection appointment with BuildTec Homes Colour Consultant
• Electrical appointment
• Tile appointment
• External supplier appointments; alarms, airconditioning, other optional suppliers
• Authority plans prepared
• Developer approvals (if applicable)
• Generate BASIX Certificate
• Development Application (council) and CC or CDC (private certifier) lodged
• Satisfy requirements for approvals
• Waterboard approvals
• Signing HIA Contract and balance of deposit paid
• Final construction plans prepared
