Our Director, Todd des-Baux has over 20 years of building experience. Starting his career in the construction industry as an apprentice carpenter, he later ran a carpentry construction company before moving into project management, delivering hundreds of high quality projects on time and in budget and quickly becoming a sought after name in the industry.

BuildTec Homes was the next step, becoming a reality and experiencing substantial growth in a short time. A decision was then made, go big or go home. We went home, and decided we will maintain a small personal custom business model, not just another sausage factory that are about numbers not names. At BuildTec Homes you will never be just another number, our Director Todd knows every client by name and is involved with every build from start to finish.
