How much does a custom home cost?
Cost depends on your design, land and chosen inclusions. Moving up to our Prestige or Platinum range adds $12,000 to $45,000, and every dollar is set out before you sign.
Can I make changes during the build?
Yes. Your Colour Selections appointment lets you fine-tune finishes and fittings, and we can accommodate changes to the design itself as your plans evolve.
Where do you build?
We build across the Hawkesbury, including Windsor, Richmond, Pitt Town and Kurrajong, as well as the Hills District and greater Sydney.
How long does a build take?
Timeframes vary with your design, approvals and site conditions. We’ll walk you through a realistic schedule for your specific home before you sign anything.
Do you handle knockdown rebuilds?
Yes, knockdown rebuilds are one of our specialties, alongside custom homes, acreage builds and luxury homes across the Hawkesbury and Sydney region.
